For a full refund, items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in a re-saleable condition. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned goods; customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Please note that lawful exclusions apply, such as personalized goods, perishable products, or sealed items unsealed after delivery for health and hygiene reasons, which cannot be returned.
